Tour Itinerary
Day 1
Guwahati – Shillong (100 Km/3 hr.)
This Meghalaya tour starts as you arrive at Guwahati Airport. Here, you will meet our tour representative and proceed to Shillong. On your way, take a halt at Umiam Lake and enjoy some delicious food while admiring the scenic beauty of the lake.On arrival at your pre-booked hotel, complete the check-in formality and unwind.
After getting some rest, enjoy a shopping spree in the Police Bazar. It is a pocket-friendly market where you can purchase traditional handicraft stores, regional apparel, junk jewelry, etc. After enjoying your shopping, you will return to your hotel for an overnight at the hotel.
Day 2
Shillong – Cherapunjee (54 km/hr)
Wake up early, have breakfast, and check out from your hotel to Cherrapunji. On your way, you will visit Elephant Falls, one of the most famous tourist attractions in the Northeast. On arrival at your pre-booked hotel in Cherrapunji, complete your check-in and rest.
After unwinding, discover natural wonders such as Noh-ka-Likai Falls, Mawsmai Cave, Don Bosco Shrine, Wah Kaba Falls, Kynrem Falls, and Arwah Cave. Later, you will return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Cherrapunji.
Day 3
Cherapunjee – Shella Village – Sohbar – Cherrapunjee
Get up early, have breakfast, and proceed to Shella Village. It is famous for an impressive iron suspension bridge over the Shella River, offering breathtaking vistas of hills. Next, you will head to Sohbar, where you can enjoy camping, boating, kayaking, hiking, and angling.
Moreover, a cave near Sohbar is also situated, and you can explore it. The crystal clear water near the Wahrew Suspension Bridge is an iconic tourist destination. After enjoying a full day of adventure and nature, you can return to Cherrapunji for a restful overnight stay.

Day 4
Cherrapunjee – Mawlynnong – Dawki
Rise and shine with a healthy breakfast, then check out from your hotel to reach Mawlynnong, the cleanest Asia Village. Here, you can explore and admire the remarkable Jingmaham Living Root Bridge and witness the pristine waterfalls.
Later, you will continue your journey to Dawki, renowned for its suspension bridge over the Umngot River. Enjoy boating on the crystal-clear waters, where boats appear to float on a glass surface. Next, you will check in to your hotel in Dawki for a restful overnight stay.
Day 5
Dawki – Jowai – Shillong
After breakfast, enjoy a captivating journey to Jowai, the picturesque headquarters of the West Jaintia Hills district. Here, you can discover the rich cultural heritage of the Pnar tribe amidst stunning landscapes. Besides that, you will explore the ancient Nartiang Monoliths and get blessings at Durga Temple. Later, visit Tryshi Falls, Krang Suri Falls, and Phe Phe Falls.
After enjoying your day, return to your hotel and check out to reach Shillong. Upon arrival, check-in at your hotel and get in bed for a peaceful overnight stay in Shillong.
Day 6
Shillong – Guwahati (98km/ 3 hr 10 min)
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and enjoy a scenic drive to Guwahati. You will complete your check-in Upon arriving at one of our listed hotels. Next, you will freshen up and head to Kamakhya Temple, a revered Hindu shrine dedicated to Mother Goddess Kamakhya. Moreover, enjoy a serene river cruise on the mighty Brahmaputra in the afternoon.
The evening is dedicated to exploring the local markets at Pan Bazaar, Paltan Bazaar, Fancy Bazaar, and Uzan Bazaar. Here, you can purchase various items such as tea leaves, handicrafts, Assam Silk, singing bowls, and traditional Assamese jewelry. After enjoying this day in Guwahati, rest comfortably in your hotel.
Day 6
Departure Guwahati
This is the last day of your Meghalaya tour, which starts with a healthy breakfast. After enjoying your meal, pack your bag, check out your hotel, and say goodbye to Guwhatai. You will get your transfer to the airport for your onward journey.

Please note that our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation. If you cancel within one month of your reservation, we will deduct a 10% cancellation charge from your advance payment. If you cancel within one week of your reservation, the cancellation charge will be 20% of your advance payment.
