Day 1
Arrival in Mumbai & City Heritage Exploration (Meals: Lunch & Dinner)
Arrive in Mumbai in the morning, where you will be warmly greeted by the HolidayMantra team and transferred to your pre-booked hotel. After freshening up, head out for a comprehensive local sightseeing tour of India’s commercial capital. Visit the scenic Hanging Gardens on Malabar Hill, explore aquatic marine species at Taraporewala Aquarium, and discover rich historical artifacts at the Prince of Wales Museum (Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya). Take a drive along the iconic Marine Drive boulevard and enjoy the coastal vibe at Juhu Beach. Return to the hotel in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay in Mumbai.
Day 2
Gateway of India, Elephanta Caves & Departure for Goa (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
Enjoy a fresh breakfast at the hotel and check out. Visit the landmark Gateway of India and board a ferry boat across the Arabian Sea to visit the UNESCO World Heritage Elephanta Caves. Students will explore the ancient 5th-century rock-cut cave temples dedicated to Lord Shiva. After returning to the mainland, enjoy dedicated time for shopping in Mumbai’s local handicraft markets. In the evening, transfer to the railway station to board your overnight train to Goa. Overnight stay onboard the train.
Day 3
Arrival in Goa & North Goa Coastal & Fort Sightseeing (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
Arrive at Goa railway station in the morning and transfer to your hotel to refresh. North Goa offers a rich blend of history and coastal geography. Today, embark on a full-day tour of North Goa, visiting the historic Fort Aguada and Sinquerim Fort, which overlook the expansive Arabian Sea. Explore the golden shores of Sinquerim Beach, Baga Beach, Anjuna Beach, and Calangute Beach. Conclude the day’s sightseeing along the scenic Mandovi River. Return to the hotel for a delicious dinner and an overnight stay in Goa.
Day 4
South Goa Heritage Tour, Shopping & Return Departure (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
After breakfast, set out to explore the cultural and historical heart of South Goa. Visit the prominent Dona Paula viewpoint, the UNESCO World Heritage Basilica of Bom Jesus (housing the sacred relics of St. Francis Xavier), and the grand Se Cathedral. Continue through the cultural town of Ponda, view the traditional Wooden Bridge, and relax at the picturesque Colva Beach. Spend the late afternoon enjoying local market shopping for Goan handicrafts and spices. In the evening, transfer to the Goa railway station to board your return train to your hometown as your memorable Mumbai Goa College Study Tour Package concludes.

- Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, roadblocks, vehicle malfunctions, political disturbances, sudden tax revisions, etc.
Important Notes for Mumbai-Goa College Study Tours :
1. Safety, Discipline & Coastal Water Regulations
Beach & Water Safety: Student safety at Goa’s beaches (such as Baga, Calangute, Anjuna, and Colva) is paramount. Entering deep sea waters, swimming during high tides, or consuming alcohol is strictly prohibited and subject to institutional discipline.
Ferry & Boat Guidelines: During the sea passage to Elephanta Caves, students must wear life jackets at all times and follow safety instructions issued by the boat crew.
Asset Care: Students must maintain exemplary discipline. Any property damage caused to hotel rooms, coaches, or historical monuments will be the direct financial liability of the individual student or institution.
2. Accommodation & Institutional Policies
Gender Segregation: Separate wings, floors, or rooms are strictly enforced for male and female students across all hotel stays.
Check-In/Check-Out Standard: Hotel check-in time is typically 12:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability.
Personal Billing: Personal expenses such as laundry, extra room service, or phone calls are excluded from the package and must be settled directly before check-out.
3. Transport & Rail Travel Logistics
Station Transfers: College groups must report to railway stations at least 45 minutes prior to scheduled train departures to ensure safe, organized boarding with luggage.
Transit Delays: In cases of unforeseen rail delays, highway traffic disruptions, or bad weather, any extra costs incurred for extended stays will be borne directly by the client.
4. Medical Care & Emergency Preparedness
First-Aid Facilities: A basic first-aid medical kit is maintained onboard the coach. Students with pre-existing medical conditions or motion sickness during travel should carry their prescribed medications.
Emergency Care: Advanced clinical medical expenses, hospitalizations, or doctor visits are excluded from the base package and must be handled via travel insurance or settled on-site.
5. Institutional Documentation Requirements
Student Roster: The college administration must provide an official stamped student roster detailing full names, emergency contact numbers, blood groups, and photo ID details at least 15 days prior to the departure date.
