Discover the enchanting beauty of the Eastern Himalayas with our meticulously crafted 4-Night/5-Day “Himalayan Serenity” package. This journey is designed for families and travelers seeking a perfect blend of adventure, spirituality, and colonial nostalgia across three of North Bengal’s most iconic hill stations: Kalimpong, Darjeeling, and Mirik.

The Journey Begins: Kalimpong

Your adventure starts with a scenic climb from the plains of Siliguri to Kalimpong, a quiet town famed for its temperate climate and vibrant flower nurseries. You will explore the panoramic Deolo Hills, the sacred Durpin Dara Monastery, and the lush Buddha Park. For the thrill-seekers, Kalimpong offers an optional paragliding experience that provides a bird’s-eye view of the winding Teesta River and the surrounding valley.

The Heart of the Hills: Darjeeling

Next, you head to the “Queen of the Hills,” Darjeeling. The highlight of this leg is the legendary pre-dawn excursion to Tiger Hill. Standing at 8,482 feet, you will witness the first rays of the sun painting the Kanchendzonga range in hues of gold and orange. The experience continues with visits to the Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park (home to the Rare Red Panda), the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, and the serene Japanese Temple. No trip is complete without a stroll through a sprawling tea estate or an optional ride on the UNESCO World Heritage Darjeeling Himalayan Railway (Toy Train).

Tranquility by the Water: Mirik Lake

The final leg of your journey takes you toward the Nepal border to the peaceful town of Mirik. On the way, you can stop at Pashupati Nagar for a unique cross-border shopping experience. Mirik is centered around the stunning Sumendu Lake, where you can enjoy a quiet boat ride or a pony ride along the lakeside trails surrounded by towering Dhupi trees.
