Documents & ID: Please carry valid photo identification (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID) for all travelers. This is mandatory for hotel check-ins and at some tourist checkpoints.
Beach Safety: Your safety is our priority. Please swim only in designated zones marked by lifeguards. Avoid swimming after sunset, during the monsoon season, or if you have consumed alcohol. Always follow the instructions of the beach lifesavers on duty.
Cultural Respect: Goa is home to many beautiful, historic churches and temples. We request you to dress modestly (covering shoulders and knees) when visiting these religious sites.
Local Conduct: Littering on beaches and public places is strictly prohibited and carries fines. Please help keep Goa clean by disposing of waste responsibly.
Authorized Bookings: To ensure your security and the quality of your experience, please only engage with government-authorized taxis, tour guides, and water sports operators. We recommend avoiding bookings from unauthorized touts on the street.
Valuables: While our partner hotels are safe, we advise you to use in-room safes for your passports, large amounts of cash, and expensive jewelry.
Alcohol & Smoking: Consumption of alcohol and smoking is prohibited on public beaches and in many public spaces. Please enjoy these at your resort or designated licensed establishments.
Adventure Activities: All water sports and adventure activities (like scuba diving or boat trips) are subject to weather conditions and the approval of local authorities. In the event of cancellations due to bad weather, we will assist you in rescheduling or providing a refund as per the operator’s policy.
