Tour Itinerary
Day 1
Delhi-Haridwar (230 km/5-6hr)
Pickup from the Delhi railway station and Drive to Haridwar on arrival check in to the hotel and after refreshment
visit Mansa Devi or Chandi Devi and in Evening attain holy Ganga Aarti in Har Ki Pauri ghat and later back to hotel
dinner overnight stay in Haridwar.
Day 2
Haridwar – Guptkashi (203 kms/6-7hr)
After breakfast checkout from the hotel and drive to straight Guptkashi on arrival by evening check in to the hotel
and after refreshment taking rest and dinner overnight stay in Guptkashi.
Day 3
Guptkashi –Sonprayag (30kms by road) - Gauri Kund - Kedarnath (14 km by Treek one side)
Morning after breakfast checkout from the hotel and drive to Sonprayag. From Sonprayag, drive to Gauri Kund by
local transport at your own cost. On arrival at Gauri Kund, Trek start from Gauri Kund to Kedarnath (14 Km)(can also use
pony, Ghori, doli for trek at your own cost). Reaching the Kedarnath premises, check in to the hotel, and stay overnight
in the hotel. (In Kedarnath Hotel, food will not be included in the Package)

Kedarnath By Helicopter
Morning after breakfast, drive to Helipad on arrival, take boarding passes and later fly to Kedarnath Helipad on
Arrival at Kedarnath helipad, go to the temple on foot, after reaching, check into the hotel, and overnight stay in
Kedarnath
Day 4
Kedarnath - Guptkashi (By Same route)
Early morning visit to Kedarnath Temple, check out from the hotel, and back to Sonprayag via gori Kund by trek
And from Sonprayag drive to Guptkashi by transport, back to the hotel, and overnight stay in Guptkashi.
Day 5
Guptkashi – Joshi math-Pandukeswar/Govindghat –Badrinath (218 kms/7-8hr)
Morning Breakfast, check out from the hotel, and drive to Badrinath via Joshimath and visit Narsingh Dev Temple
After that, back to Badrinath on arrival, check in to the hotel, after refreshment, visit Badrivishal and dinner
overnight stay in Badrinath.
Day 6
Badrinath – Panchprayag –Rudraprayag/Srinagar (155 km/5-6 hr)
Early morning, pilgrims, after having a bath in the Tapt Kund, have the Darshan of Badrivishal. Brahamakapal is
significant for Pinddan Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus). Later, after breakfast checkout from the hotel and drive back
to Srinagar via a visit to Panchprayag. On arrival in Srinagar Check in to the Hotel dinner, and overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 7
Srinagar-Rishikesh– Haridwar/Rishikesh/Dehradun (130km/3-4 hr)
Morning Breakfast, checkout from the hote,l and drive to Haridwar enroute visit Rishikesh Sight Seeing covering
with Ram Jhula, Lakshman Jhula, Parmarth Niketan and back to Haridwar, check in to the hotel, dinner, and overnight
Stay in Haridwar.
Day 8
Haridwar to Delhi – Farewell to Devbhoomi (240 km / 5-6 hrs)
After a soulful 8-day pilgrimage and a final hearty breakfast at the hotel, it’s time to bid farewell to the holy land of Uttarakhand. Check out from your hotel and enjoy a comfortable drive back to the capital city, Delhi, carrying with you a heart full of peace and a mind full of divine memories. Upon arrival, you will be dropped off at the Delhi Railway Station or Airport for your onward journey. Your spiritual Yatra with Holidaymantra concludes here, leaving you with blessings that last a lifetime.

Package Exclusions (what is not included)
- GST: 5% Goods and Services Tax extra on the total package cost.
- Kedarnath Meals: Breakfast and Dinner during the stay at Kedarnath (to be paid directly).
- Helicopter Tickets: Tickets for the Kedarnath helicopter service from Phata, Guptkashi, or Sersi.
- Local Transport: Charges for local shuttle service from Sonprayag to Gauri Kund.
- Trek Assistance: Charges for Pony, Doli, Porter, or Mules for the Kedarnath trek.
- Personal Expenses: Laundry, phone calls, tips, mineral water, and insurance.
- Entry & Activity Fees: Costs for VIP Darshan, Special Poojas, or entry tickets for monuments.
- Extra Sightseeing: Visits to locations not mentioned in the itinerary (e.g., Auli, Chopta, Triyuginarayan).
- Unforeseen Costs: Extra expenses due to flight/train delays, landslides, road blocks, or bad weather.
- Other Meals: Any Lunches, snacks, or mid-day refreshments.
Important Notes for Group Travellers

Punctuality is Key: Since this is a group tour, all guests are requested to strictly follow the timings provided by the tour manager or driver to ensure all sightseeing is completed on schedule.

AC Policy on Hills: For the safety and performance of the vehicle, the air conditioner will be switched off while driving on hilly/up-slope roads.

Physical Fitness: The 16 km Kedarnath trek requires good stamina. We advise group members to walk at a steady pace and keep themselves hydrated.

Health & Safety: Please carry your personal medical kit. If you feel any signs of altitude sickness, inform your fellow travelers or the driver immediately.

Weather & Delays: In the event of landslides, roadblocks, or bad weather, the itinerary may be reshuffled. Any extra costs for accommodation or meals due to such delays will be shared by the group members.

Eco-Friendly Travel: Uttarakhand is a plastic-free zone. We request the group to avoid carrying poly bags and not to litter in the mountains or holy rivers.

Mandatory Registration: All group members must be registered on the Uttarakhand Government portal. Please ensure your Aadhar Card/Photo ID is available at all times for verification.

Respect Local Culture: Maintain the sanctity of the shrines. Dress modestly and follow the rules regarding photography (prohibited inside temple premises).
Packing Checklist for Your Yatra:

Clothes: Carry heavy woolens, jackets, gloves, and a cap (it gets very cold).

Rain Gear: Bring a raincoat or umbrella (it can rain anytime in the mountains).

Cash: Keep enough cash with you, as ATMs might not work in the mountains.

Read Carefully Before Booking:

AC Usage: The vehicle air conditioner will be switched off on all hilly roads for safety and better engine performance.

Weather & Landslides: If the road is blocked due to landslides or bad weather, any extra costs for extra days of stay, food, or transport will be paid by the guest.

Hotel Facilities: The company is not responsible for sudden issues like power cuts or water problems inside hotel premises; however, the hotel staff will assist you.

Helicopter Tickets: If helicopter flights are cancelled due to bad weather or technical issues by the aviation company, we are not responsible for the refund or alternate arrangements.

Extra Sightseeing: Any sightseeing not mentioned in the itinerary (like Auli, Chopta, or Triyuginarayan) will cost extra and depends on time availability.

Personal Expenses: All extra costs, like medical needs, extra meals, or changes in hotels, must be paid by the client directly.

Room Sharing: In case of a group with an odd number of people (like 3 or 5), an extra mattress/bed will be provided in a double-sharing room.

Unused Services: There is no refund for any missed meals, hotel stays, or transport services that you choose not to use during the trip.
