Day 1
Arrival in Bangalore & Scenic Drive to Coorg
Upon your arrival at the Bangalore Airport or Railway Station, our representative will meet you to begin your Karnataka adventure in a comfortable private vehicle. The scenic 5–6 hour drive to Coorg offers a refreshing transition from bustling cityscapes to the lush, rolling coffee plantations of the Western Ghats, featuring a peaceful en route stop at the serene Namdroling Monastery (The Golden Temple) in Bylakuppe. After arriving in Coorg by late afternoon, you will check into your hotel to unwind before heading out to Raja’s Seat, a historic viewpoint where ancient kings once admired sunsets over the breathtaking valley. We conclude your first day with a relaxing overnight stay at your hotel.
Day 2
Coorg Sightseeing & Nature
After a hearty breakfast, immerse yourself in the natural and historic wonders of Coorg. Your day begins with an interactive visit to the Dubare Elephant Camp, followed by the breathtaking, cascading beauty of the iconic Abbey Falls. Afterward, you will explore the historic grounds of the Madikeri Fort, leaving you plenty of time to wander through and soak in the beauty of the region’s lush, emerald-green coffee plantations. The day concludes with a relaxing overnight stay at your hotel in Coorg.
Day 3
Coorg to Chikkamagaluru
After breakfast, check out and embark on a scenic drive from the coffee estates of Coorg to the breathtaking hills of Chikkamagaluru. Upon arrival, you will immerse yourself in the natural splendor of Mullayanagiri Peak, the highest point in Karnataka, followed by an insightful visit to the Coffee Museum to learn about the region’s rich plantation heritage. The remainder of the day is yours to unwind and soak in the peaceful, misty surroundings of the Western Ghats before settling in for a comfortable overnight stay in Chikkamagaluru.
Day 4
Chikkamagaluru Sightseeing
After a hearty breakfast, set out to explore the scenic wonders of Chikkamagaluru, beginning with the panoramic heights of the Baba Budangiri Hills. Continue your adventure with a visit to the cascading waters of Hebbe Falls and the picturesque landscapes of Kemmangundi, allowing the region’s breathtaking natural beauty to rejuvenate your spirit. Spend the rest of the day soaking in these serene surroundings before concluding with a comfortable overnight stay in Chikkamagaluru.
Day 5
Departure
After a final breakfast at your hotel, check out and begin your scenic drive back to Bangalore. Upon arrival, our representative will ensure a timely drop-off at the Bangalore Airport or Railway Station, bringing your memorable Karnataka adventure to a close as you depart for your onward journey.
