Tour Itinerary

Day 1

Arrive at the Chandigarh railway station by 10:00 AM, where your group will be warmly received and assisted by our team. Board your dedicated deluxe group coach and embark on a scenic uphill drive to Shimla, reaching by approximately 2:00 PM. After enjoying a fresh lunch and checking into the hotel, head out to explore the vibrant sights, historic landmarks, and colonial architecture of Shimla’s famous Mall Road. Return to the hotel for a delicious dinner and a comfortable overnight stay in Shimla.

Day 2

Following a healthy breakfast, embark on an exciting sightseeing journey starting with Kufri, a charming hill station located approximately 30 km from Shimla boasting an average elevation of 2,743 meters. Students can observe mountain geography up close and enjoy the local pony rides, which serve as the main attraction of this point. After enjoying the unique attractions of Kufri, return to Shimla for a late afternoon rest. Following a warm buffet dinner at the hotel, check out and depart for Manali by your group coach for a smooth overnight journey.

Day 3

Arrive in Manali this morning and check into your rooms to freshen up. After breakfast, head out for a comprehensive local sightseeing tour covering the lush greenery of Van Vihar, the historic wooden architecture of Hadimba Temple, the serene Tibetan Monastery, and the natural Vashisht Hot Springs and baths, alongside visits to the Club House and Mall Road. The day peaks with an excursion to the thrilling Solang Valley, a major hub for alpine geography and optional snow activities. In the evening, return to the hotel to enjoy an exclusive, high-energy DJ Musical Night arranged specially for the students, followed by dinner and an overnight stay in Manali.

Day 4

After an early breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive toward the beautiful Kullu Valley by your coach. En route, students can witness the majestic Beas River and participate in thrilling, professional River Rafting (optional and paid directly). After completing your sightseeing around Kullu’s famous traditional markets, proceed with the drive back down to the plains toward Chandigarh. Arrive in Chandigarh by the evening and transfer immediately to your verified hotel for dinner and a safe overnight stay.

Day 5

Enjoy your final breakfast at the hotel and complete the group check-out process.      3. Transport, Timings & Mountain Travel

  • Strict Punctuality: Educational group travel operates on tight schedules. Student groups must strictly adhere to the daily morning departure timings communicated by the Tour Escort. Delays can directly result in missing prepaid monument entries or transport connections.

  • Unforeseen Contingencies: In the event of sudden flight/train delays, severe hill station weather shifts, landslides, sudden roadblocks, or unexpected mountain vehicle breakdowns, any extra expenses incurred for extended accommodation or alternate logistics will be borne directly by the clients.

   4. Medical Support & Emergency Health Protocols

  • On-Tour First Aid: Our accompanying Tour Escort carries a standard, basic first-aid medical kit. However, students undergoing specific, regular medical treatments are strictly required to carry their prescribed medications in sufficient quantities.

  • Advanced Medical Expenses: Any advanced medical emergencies, sudden hospitalizations, or specialized doctor-on-call consultations at hotels are entirely excluded from the base package cost and must be covered via student medical insurance or paid directly at the time of service.

     5. Documentation & Faculty Benefits

  • Complimentary Faculty Slots: To assist in seamless group coordination and supervision, we gladly extend 2 complimentary (free) slots for institutional teachers or coordinators for every minimum group of 45 paying students.
