Day 1
Arrival in Chandigarh & Transit to Shimla Hills (Meals: Lunch & Dinner)
Arrive at the Chandigarh railway station by 10:00 AM, where your group will be warmly received and assisted by our team. Board your dedicated deluxe group coach and embark on a scenic uphill drive to Shimla, reaching by approximately 2:00 PM. After enjoying a fresh lunch and checking into the hotel, head out to explore the vibrant sights, historic landmarks, and colonial architecture of Shimla’s famous Mall Road. Return to the hotel for a delicious dinner and a comfortable overnight stay in Shimla.
Day 2
Kufri Mountain Sightseeing & Overnight Journey to Manali (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
Following a healthy breakfast, embark on an exciting sightseeing journey starting with Kufri, a charming hill station located approximately 30 km from Shimla boasting an average elevation of 2,743 meters. Students can observe mountain geography up close and enjoy the local pony rides, which serve as the main attraction of this point. After enjoying the unique attractions of Kufri, return to Shimla for a late afternoon rest. Following a warm buffet dinner at the hotel, check out and depart for Manali by your group coach for a smooth overnight journey.
Day 3
Manali Local Sightseeing, Solang Valley & Student DJ Night (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
Arrive in Manali this morning and check into your rooms to freshen up. After breakfast, head out for a comprehensive local sightseeing tour covering the lush greenery of Van Vihar, the historic wooden architecture of Hadimba Temple, the serene Tibetan Monastery, and the natural Vashisht Hot Springs and baths, alongside visits to the Club House and Mall Road. The day peaks with an excursion to the thrilling Solang Valley, a major hub for alpine geography and optional snow activities. In the evening, return to the hotel to enjoy an exclusive, high-energy DJ Musical Night arranged specially for the students, followed by dinner and an overnight stay in Manali.
Day 4
Kullu Valley Transit, River Rafting & Drive to Chandigarh (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
After an early breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive toward the beautiful Kullu Valley by your coach. En route, students can witness the majestic Beas River and participate in thrilling, professional River Rafting (optional and paid directly). After completing your sightseeing around Kullu’s famous traditional markets, proceed with the drive back down to the plains toward Chandigarh. Arrive in Chandigarh by the evening and transfer immediately to your verified hotel for dinner and a safe overnight stay.
Day 5
Chandigarh Sightseeing Drop & Departure (Meals: Breakfast)
Enjoy your final breakfast at the hotel and complete the group check-out process. The student group will then be transferred directly to the Chandigarh railway station to board their departing train back to their respective hometowns, officially bringing this enriching and action-packed Himalayan educational tour to a successful end.

Cost Excludes:
- Train Fare / Flight Fare from your hometown to and from Chandigarh.
- Special vehicle excursions or permits to Rohtang Pass.
- Optional adventure sport charges, such as River Rafting in Kullu or Pony Rides in Kufri.
- Any portage services at railway stations, airports, and hotels.
- All items of a personal nature, such as laundry services, room service food orders, and telephone calls.
- Camera Fees or video shooting charges at specific monuments.
- Medical costs, sudden doctor-on-call consultations, and personal travel insurance.
- Tips to drivers, helpers, and local escorts.
- Any additional services or route deviations not specifically mentioned in the inclusions list.
- Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, sudden roadblocks, mountain landslides, vehicle malfunctions, unexpected political disturbances, sudden tax revisions, etc.
Important Notes for Shimla-Manali Student Group Tours:
  1. Safety, Discipline & General Conduct
Behavioral Expectations: Students are expected to maintain an exemplary code of conduct throughout the trip. Any damage caused to hotel property, transport coaches, or historical monuments due to student negligence or misconduct will be the sole financial liability of the respective student or institution.
Movement Restrictions: To ensure maximum group safety, no student is permitted to leave the hotel premises, campsite, or group coach independently at any time. Any movement outside the scheduled itinerary requires explicit, written authorization from the accompanying institutional faculty members.
Identity & Emergency Tags: Students must wear or carry their official institutional identity cards at all times. On Day 1 of the tour, our team will also provide emergency contact tags featuring the dedicated Tour Manager’s direct helpline number.
  2. Accommodation & Hotel Policies
Standard Room Sharing: Student accommodation is strictly structured on a quad-sharing basis (4 students per room) in clean, secure, and verified hotels using Deluxe Non-A/C rooms. Separate rooms, wings, or floors are strictly maintained to keep male and female students safely segregated.
Check-In/Check-Out Timings: Standard hotel check-in is at 12:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to room availability and hotel management discretion.
Personal Room Expenses: Expenses for items of a personal nature (e.g., room service food/drinks, laundry services, telephone calls, or the use of specialized hotel amenities like room heaters in cold mountain destinations) are completely excluded from the package cost and must be settled individually before check-out.
   3. Transport, Timings & Mountain Travel
Strict Punctuality: Educational group travel operates on tight schedules. Student groups must strictly adhere to the daily morning departure timings communicated by the Tour Escort. Delays can directly result in missing prepaid monument entries or transport connections.
Coach Transportation: All transfers and local sightseeing routes are executed via a dedicated, well-maintained Deluxe Non-A/C Coach to ensure optimal group safety across mountain terrains. Littering inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited to maintain collective health and hygiene.
Unforeseen Contingencies: In the event of sudden flight/train delays, severe hill station weather shifts, landslides, sudden roadblocks, or unexpected mountain vehicle breakdowns, any extra expenses incurred for extended accommodation or alternate logistics will be borne directly by the clients.
  4. Medical Support & Emergency Health Protocols
On-Tour First Aid: Our accompanying Tour Escort carries a standard, basic first-aid medical kit. However, students undergoing specific, regular medical treatments are strictly required to carry their prescribed medications in sufficient quantities.
Advanced Medical Expenses: Any advanced medical emergencies, sudden hospitalizations, or specialized doctor-on-call consultations at hotels are entirely excluded from the base package cost and must be covered via student medical insurance or paid directly at the time of service.
   5. Documentation & Faculty Benefits
Complimentary Faculty Slots: To assist in seamless group coordination and supervision, we gladly extend 2 complimentary (free) slots for institutional teachers or coordinators for every minimum group of 45 paying students.
Mandatory Master List: The educational institution must submit a certified, stamped master list of all participating students and faculty members (including emergency contact numbers, parents’ details, and blood groups) at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure date.
