Day 1
Arrival in Agra & Mughal Wonders Exploration (Meals Included)
You will be warmly met on arrival by our representative and seamlessly transferred to your hotel. After freshening up, proceed for an enriching guided sightseeing tour of Agra, visiting the world-famous Taj Mahal—possibly the most recognized of all India’s historical landmarks. Continue the academic journey with a visit to the colossal 15th-century Agra Fort to study its grand military architecture. After a delicious dinner, proceed back to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay in Agra.
Day 2
Agra to Delhi Transit & Heritage Sightseeing (Meals Included)
Begin your morning departing for Delhi by our comfortable group coach. Upon arrival in the capital city, the student group will explore the majestic Akshardham Temple complex, followed by an educational visit to the historic Teen Murti Bhavan and the insightful Indira Gandhi Museum. After completing the evening sightseeing, board the coach to depart for the beautiful hill station of Shimla, enjoying a comfortable overnight journey directly inside the coach.
Day 3
Arrival in Shimla & Kufri Mountain Excursion (Meals Included)
Arrive in the picturesque hills of Shimla in the morning and check in to your accommodation. After enjoying a fresh breakfast, proceed out for a scenic sightseeing excursion to Kufri, a stunning hill station located around 30 km from Shimla boasting an average elevation of 2,743 meters. Students can witness high-altitude geography and participate in the local pony rides, which serve as the main attraction of this destination. After enjoying Kufri, return to Shimla for a relaxing evening back at the hotel followed by a secure overnight stay.
Day 4
Colonial Architecture Study & Mall Road Walk (Meals Included)
Following breakfast, head out to visit the prestigious Indian Institute of Advanced Study. Situated in the erstwhile Viceregal Lodge, this institute showcases magnificent colonial architecture, historic conference rooms, and beautiful manicured gardens via a specialized guided tour. After a group lunch, visit Shimla’s iconic Mall Road where students can stroll along the bustling street, shop for unique local souvenirs, enjoy regional cuisine at restaurants, and admire landmarks like Christ Church, Gaiety Theatre, and Scandal Point. You can opt for an optional horse ride or simply soak in the picturesque views of the surrounding hills before boarding the coach for an overnight transit back to Delhi.
Day 5
Deep Dive into Old & New Delhi Landmarks (Meals Included)
Arrive in Delhi this morning and check in to the hotel to freshen up before embarking on a comprehensive guided sightseeing tour of Old Delhi, taking in the grand structures of the Red Fort, the modern marvel of the Lotus Temple, and the historic Qutub Minar—a massive tower built to proclaim early medieval architectural transitions. This afternoon, enjoy a planned tour of New Delhi, meticulously designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens, highlighting the India Gate, Raj Ghat, Rashtrapati Bhawan, and the magnificent Parliament House from the outside. Evening return to the hotel for dinner and a comfortable overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 6
Final Departure & Onward Journey (Meals Included)
Enjoy a healthy morning breakfast at your hotel and complete the group check-out process. You will then be efficiently transferred to the Delhi railway station for boarding your train departing for your respective hometowns, officially bringing this enriching and memorable multi-city student group tour to an end.

- Camera Fees or video shooting charges at specific monuments.
- Medical costs, sudden doctor-on-call consultations, and personal travel insurance.
- Tips to drivers, helpers, and local escorts.
- Any additional services or route deviations not specifically mentioned in the inclusions list.
- Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, sudden roadblocks, vehicle malfunctions, unexpected political disturbances, sudden tax revisions, etc.
Important Notes for Agra-Delhi-Shimla Student Group Tours
1. Safety, Discipline & General Conduct
Behavioral Expectations: Students are expected to maintain an exemplary code of conduct throughout the trip. Any damage caused to hotel property, transport coaches, or historical monuments due to student negligence or misconduct will be the sole financial liability of the respective student or institution.
Movement Restrictions: To ensure maximum group safety, no student is permitted to leave the hotel premises, campsite, or group coach independently at any time. Any movement outside the scheduled itinerary requires explicit, written authorization from the accompanying institutional faculty members.
Identity & Emergency Tags: Students must wear or carry their official institutional identity cards at all times. On Day 1 of the tour, our team will also provide emergency contact tags featuring the dedicated Tour Manager’s direct helpline number.
2. Accommodation & Hotel Policies
Standard Room Sharing: Student accommodation is strictly structured on a quad-sharing basis (4 students per room) in clean, secure, and verified hotels using premium A/C rooms during hotel stays. Separate rooms, wings, or floors are strictly maintained to keep male and female students safely segregated.
Check-In/Check-Out Timings: Standard hotel check-in is at 12:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to room availability and hotel management discretion.
Personal Room Expenses: Expenses for items of a personal nature (e.g., room service food/drinks, laundry services, telephone calls, or the use of specialized hotel amenities) are completely excluded from the package cost and must be settled individually before check-out.
3. Transport, Overnight Journeys & Operational Timings
Strict Punctuality: Educational group travel operates on tight schedules. Student groups must strictly adhere to the daily morning departure timings communicated by the Tour Escort. Delays can directly result in missing prepaid monument entries or transport connections.
Overnight Coach Travel Comfort: This multi-destination itinerary features 2 comfortable overnight journeys spent in transit inside the vehicle. All transfers and local sightseeing routes are executed via a dedicated, well-maintained 49-seater premium A/C Coach to ensure optimal group safety and comfort. Littering inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited to maintain collective health and hygiene.
Unforeseen Contingencies: In the event of sudden flight/train delays, severe hill station weather shifts, landslides, sudden roadblocks, or unexpected vehicle breakdowns, any extra expenses incurred for extended accommodation or alternate logistics will be borne directly by the clients.
4. Medical Support & Emergency Health Protocols
On-Tour First Aid: Our accompanying Tour Escort carries a standard, basic first-aid medical kit. However, students undergoing specific, regular medical treatments are strictly required to carry their prescribed medications in sufficient quantities.
Advanced Medical Expenses: Any advanced medical emergencies, sudden hospitalizations, or specialized doctor-on-call consultations at hotels are entirely excluded from the base package cost and must be covered via student medical insurance or paid directly at the time of service.
5. Documentation & Faculty Benefits
Complimentary Faculty Slots: To assist in seamless group coordination and supervision, we gladly extend 2 complimentary (free) slots for institutional teachers or coordinators for every minimum group of 45 paying students.
Mandatory Master List: The educational institution must submit a certified, stamped master list of all participating students and faculty members (including emergency contact numbers, parents’ details, and blood groups) at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure date.
