Day 1
Arrival in Mumbai & Urban Heritage Exploration (Meals: Lunch & Dinner)
Arrive in Mumbai in the morning, where your group will be warmly received and assisted by our team. After transferring to the hotel and freshening up, proceed for an engaging local sightseeing tour of Mumbai. On this day, students will explore the beautifully landscaped Hanging Garden, witness aquatic biodiversity at the Taraporevala Aquarium, and study historical artifacts at the Prince of Wales Museum. Conclude the afternoon with a scenic drive along the world-famous Marine Drive and a relaxing walk on the shores of Juhu Beach before returning to the hotel for a warm dinner and a comfortable overnight stay in Mumbai.
Day 2
Mumbai Landmarks, Heritage Caves & Overnight Rail Transit to Goa (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
Begin your morning with a healthy breakfast at the hotel, and then head out to visit the iconic Gateway of India. From there, board a ferry for an educational marine excursion to the historic Elephanta Caves to study ancient rock-cut architecture. After returning to the mainland, dedicated time will be provided for students to indulge in local shopping and market exploration. In the evening, the group will transfer to the railway station to depart for Goa by train, enjoying a secure overnight journey inside the train.
Day 3
Arrival in Goa & North Goa Coastal Topography Tour (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
Upon arrival in Goa in the morning, transfer immediately to your hotel to freshen up and settle in. Today, you will be having an intensive sightseeing tour of North Goa, which features historic fortifications and bustling coastal plains. The places of interest include the famous Baga Beach, Sinquerim Beach, and the historic Sinquerim Fort, followed by visits to the scenic Anjuna Beach, the expansive Calangute Beach, and the majestic 17th-century Fort Aguada. Conclude your evening along the picturesque Mandovi River before returning to the hotel for a delicious dinner and a restful overnight stay in Goa.
Day 4
South Goa Indo-Portuguese Architecture Study & Final Departure (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
Enjoy a fresh breakfast at the hotel before dedicating another full day to exploring South Goa at your own pace, focusing on colonial history and cultural landmarks. The major places of interest covered include the stunning viewpoints of Dona Paula, the world-famous UNESCO heritage site Basilica of Bom Jesus, the grand Se Cathedral in Ponda, the unique Wooden Bridge, and the serene shores of Colva Beach, followed by dedicated time for local handicraft shopping. After a complete day of academic and cultural exploration, head back to the hotel to pack. In the evening, transfer to the railway station to board your train departing back to your hometown, officially bringing this memorable coastal study tour to an end.

Cost Excludes:
- Train Fare / Flight Fare from your hometown to and from the tour starting points.

- All items of a personal nature, such as laundry services, room service food orders, and telephone calls.
- Camera Fees or video shooting charges at specific monuments or museums.
- Medical costs, sudden doctor-on-call consultations, and personal travel insurance.
- Tips to drivers, helpers, and local guides.
- Any additional services or route deviations not specifically mentioned in the inclusions list.
- Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, sudden roadblocks, vehicle malfunctions, unexpected political disturbances, sudden tax revisions, etc.
Important Notes for Mumbai-Goa Student Group Tours
   1. Safety, Discipline & General Conduct
Behavioral Expectations: Students are expected to maintain an exemplary code of conduct throughout the trip. Any damage caused to hotel property, transport coaches, or historical monuments due to student negligence or misconduct will be the sole financial liability of the respective student or institution.
Movement Restrictions: To ensure maximum group safety, no student is permitted to leave the hotel premises, beach areas, or group coach independently at any time. Any movement outside the scheduled itinerary requires explicit, written authorization from the accompanying institutional faculty members.
Identity & Emergency Tags: Students must wear or carry their official institutional identity cards at all times. On Day 1 of the tour, our team will also provide emergency contact tags featuring the dedicated Tour Manager’s direct helpline number.
   2. Accommodation & Hotel Policies
Standard Room Sharing: Student accommodation is strictly structured on a quad-sharing basis (4 students per room) in clean, secure, and verified hotels using premium A/C rooms during hotel stays. Separate rooms, wings, or floors are strictly maintained to keep male and female students safely segregated.
Check-In/Check-Out Timings: Standard hotel check-in is at 12:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to room availability and hotel management discretion.
Personal Room Expenses: Expenses for items of a personal nature (e.g., room service food/drinks, laundry services, telephone calls, or the use of specialized hotel amenities) are completely excluded from the package cost and must be settled individually before check-out.
   3. Transport, Train Journeys & Operational Timings
Strict Punctuality: Educational group travel operates on tight schedules. Student groups must strictly adhere to the daily morning departure and train boarding timings communicated by the Tour Escort. Delays can directly result in missing prepaid monument entries or rail connections.
Coach & Rail Travel Comfort: All road transfers and local sightseeing routes are executed via a dedicated, well-maintained Deluxe A/C Coach to ensure optimal group safety. Littering inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited to maintain collective health and hygiene.
Unforeseen Contingencies: In the event of sudden flight/train delays, severe weather shifts, coastal roadblocks, or unexpected vehicle breakdowns, any extra expenses incurred for extended accommodation or alternate logistics will be borne directly by the clients.
   4. Medical Support & Emergency Health Protocols
On-Tour First Aid: Our accompanying Tour Escort carries a standard, basic first-aid medical kit. However, students undergoing specific, regular medical treatments are strictly required to carry their prescribed medications in sufficient quantities.
Advanced Medical Expenses: Any advanced medical emergencies, sudden hospitalizations, or specialized doctor-on-call consultations at hotels are entirely excluded from the base package cost and must be covered via student medical insurance or paid directly at the time of service.
   5. Documentation & Faculty Benefits
Complimentary Faculty Slots: To assist in seamless group coordination and supervision, we gladly extend 2 complimentary (free) slots for institutional teachers or coordinators for every minimum group of 45 paying students.
Mandatory Master List: The educational institution must submit a certified, stamped master list of all participating students and faculty members (including emergency contact numbers, parents’ details, and blood groups) at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure date.
