Day Wise Tour Itinerary
Day 1
Delhi-Haridwar (230 Km/5-6hr)
Pickup from the Delhi railway station and Drive to Haridwar on arrival check in to the hotel and after refreshment visit Mansa Devi or Chandi Devi and in Evening attain holy Ganga Aarti in Har Ki Pauri ghat and later back to hotel dinner overnight stay in Haridwar.
Day 2
Haridwar - Barkot (180 Kms/5-6 Hr)
After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Barkot via visit Kempty Fall, outer Mussoorie and after that drive straight to Barkot on arrival check in to the hotel, after refreshment having dinner and overnight stay in Barkot.
Day 3
Barkot-Jankichatti – (50 Km/01 Hrs.) –Yamunotri (06 Km Trek)-Back To Barkot Same Route
Morning after breakfast drive to Jankichatti by road and from Janki chatty start 6 km of trek for Yamunotri temple (can use also potter, pony, Ghori for the trek at own cost) after visit Yamunotri temple back to Jankichatti by trek and after that back to hotel by drive, taking dinner, overnight stay in Barkot.
Day 4
Barkot - Uttarkashi (100kms/4hr)
Morning after breakfast checkout from the hotel and Drive to Uttarkashi. Visit Vishwanath Temple & Others. Later Check in Hotel. Rest day at leisure. Night stay in Uttarkashi.
Uttarkashi: Situated at the bank of river Bhagirathi. The temple of Lord Vishwanath is located here where a massive iron trident is erected.
Day 5
Uttarkashi – Harsil -Gangotri (100kms/3-4 Each Side)-Back To Uttarkashi.
Morning after breakfast we proceed to Gangotri (3048 mts), enroute we enjoy picturesque Harsil village, Bhagirathi River and the most magnificent view of the Himalayas. After Gangotri Darshan we return to Uttarkashi. Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.
Day 6
Uttarkashi – Guptkashi (218 Kms/7-8hr)
Morning after Breakfast checkout from the hotel and drive to straight to Guptkashi. on arrival Check in Hotel, night halt.
Day 7
Guptkashi –Sonprayag (30kms By Road)- Gori Kund- Kedarnath (14 Km By Treek One Side)
Morning after breakfast checkout from the hotel and drive to Sonprayag from Sonprayag drive to Gauri Kund by local transport at own cost, on arrival Gauri Kund, Trek starts from Gauri Kund to Kedarnath (14 Km) (can also use pony, Ghori, doli for trek by own cost). Reaching in Kedarnath premises, check in to the hotel and overnight stay in hotel. (In Kedarnath Hotel, food will not be include in the package.)

Kedarnath By Helicopter
Morning after breakfast drive to Helipad on arrival, taking boarding passes and later fly for Kedarnath Helipad on arrival Kedarnath helipad go to temple by walk in after reaching check in to the hotel and overnight stay in Kedarnath.
Day 8
Kedarnath – Guptkashi (By Same Route)
Early morning visit to Kedarnath Temple and check out from the hotel and back to Sonprayag via Gauri Kund by trek and From Sonprayag drive to Guptkashi by cab, back to hotel and overnight stay in Guptkashi.
Day 9
Guptkashi – Joshi Math-Pandukeswar/Govindghat –Badrinath (218 Kms/7-8hr)
Morning Breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Badrinath via Joshimath and visit Narsingh Dev Temple after that back to Badrinath on arrival check in to the hotel after refreshment visit Badrivishal and dinner overnight stay in Badrinath.
Day 10
Badrinath – Panchprayag –Rudraprayag (155 Km/5-6 Hr)
Early morning, pilgrims after having a bath in the Tapt Kund have the Darshan of Badrivishal. Brahamakapal is significant for Pinddan Shraddha of ancestors (Pitrus). Later after breakfast checkout from the hotel and drive back to Rudra Prayag via visit Panchprayag on arrival Rudra Prayag Check in to the Hotel dinner overnight stay in Rudra Prayag.
Day 11
Rudra Prayag-Rishikesh– Haridwar (140km/4-5 Hrs.)
Morning Breakfast checkout from the hotel and drive to Haridwar enroute visit Rishikesh Sight Seeing covering with Ram Jhula, Lakshman Jhula, Pramath Niketan and back to Haridwar attain Ganga Aarti and Check in to the hotel and dinner overnight stay in Haridwar.
Day 12
Haridwar-Delhi (240km/4-5hr)
Morning after Breakfast checkout from the hotel and drive to Delhi railway station/Airport drop

- Deluxe Hotels: 11 nights stay in Deluxe Hotels (3 people sharing one room).
- Daily Meals: Proper Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner are included at the hotels.
- Kedarnath Stay: Your stay in Kedarnath is included (Note: Only the room is included here; you pay for food yourself).
- Private Vehicle: A comfortable vehicle for all transfers and sightseeing as per the plan.
- Road Costs: All Toll, Parking, and Driver fees (including his food and stay) are already paid.
- Sightseeing: All basic sightseeing visits in the Chardham area are covered.
What is NOT Included (Exclusions)
- GST: 5% GST will be extra on the total bill.
- Daily Tea/Snacks: Extra tea, coffee, evening snacks, or cold drinks are not included.
- No AC in Mountains: The vehicle AC will not work in the hill areas (it is only for the plains).
- Trek Helpers: If you hire a Pony, Doli, or Porter for the Yamunotri or Kedarnath treks, you must pay for them yourself.
- Helicopter Tickets: If you want to go to Kedarnath by Helicopter, the ticket cost is extra.
- Kedarnath Food: Meals in Kedarnath are not included; you will pay for your food there directly.
- Special Puja: Any fees for Special Puja, VIP Darshan, or personal donations at the temples.
- Extra Sightseeing: Any visits to places not mentioned in our plan (like Auli or Chopta) will cost extra.
- Personal Bills: Your personal expenses like laundry, phone calls, or medical bills.
Importance Notes for Group Traveller
Fixed Departure Dates
We have two confirmed batches for this group tour. You can choose any one:
Batch 1: 15th September 2025
Batch 2: 15th October 2025
(Note: Please book early as seats are limited for these specific dates.)
Be on Time: This is a group trip, so please follow the daily “Reporting Time” given by the leader. If one person is late, the whole bus of 32 people gets delayed.
Original ID Card: Every person must carry their Original Aadhar Card. You cannot enter the temples or check into hotels without it.
Health First: Since we are going to very high altitudes, please tell the group leader immediately if you feel dizzy or have trouble breathing.
Seat Sharing: To be fair to everyone, please rotate your seats in the bus daily so that everyone gets a chance to sit in the front and enjoy the view.
Stay Together: In crowded places like Haridwar or Kedarnath, please stay with the group. Do not go off alone without informing the group leader.
Bag Limit: Since there are 32 people, space in the bus is limited. Please carry one main bag and one small backpack only. Avoid bringing very large, heavy suitcases.
Emergency Contact: Keep a paper in your pocket with the Group Leader’s mobile number and your hotel name written on it.
Phone Charging: Power can go out in the mountains. Carry a Power Bank so your phone stays charged for photos and emergencies.
Patience is Key: Mountain roads can have traffic or landslides. Please stay patient and positive; we are all in this divine journey together!
Read Carefully Before Booking
No AC in the Mountains: The vehicle’s Air Conditioning (AC) will be switched off on hilly roads. This is for the safety of the engine and better power on steep climbs.
Weather & Landslides: If the road is closed due to bad weather or landslides, the tour plan may change. Any extra costs for more days of stay or food must be paid by the guest directly.
Hotel Issues: If there is a problem with electricity or water at the hotel, the Hotel Manager will handle it. The travel company is not responsible for local technical faults.
Helicopter Risks: If your Helicopter flight is cancelled due to bad weather or technical reasons, the travel company is not responsible. Refunds will be as per the aviation company’s rules.
Personal Expenses: Any extra sightseeing, special puja fees, or medical costs are not included in the package. These must be paid by you.
Room Sharing: For group tours, if there is an odd number of people, the extra person will stay in the same room with an extra mattress/bed.
Non-Refundable: If you choose not to eat a meal or use a service included in the package, no money will be refunded for that part.
Permit Delays: In Rishikesh, the government takes time to check the “Green Card” (bus permit). Please be patient if there is a wait due to the crowd.
