Tour Itinerary
Day 1
Bangalore to Mysore /Overnight stay at Mysore.
On arrival in Bangalore, pick up from the airport/railway station. Proceed to Mysore. Free Evening
Visit the Mysore Market & Brindavan Gardens. Overnight stay at Mysore.
Day 2
Mysore Sightseeing
After breakfast, start Mysore Sightseeing – visit Chamundi Hills to pay your obeisance to
Goddess Chamundeshwari. On the way back to the city you will see the Statue of Mahishasura
and Nandi. Later visit the Mysore Zoo, one of the oldest and most well-maintained zoos in
India. And after visit Mysore Palace, one of the largest palaces in the country,
and Jaganmohan Palace Art Gallery. Later beautiful St.Philomena’s Church – the most
majestic church in India. Drive to Srirangapatna where you will visit Sri Ranganatha
Swamy Temple, Srirangapatna Fort, and Tippu’s Summer Palace. Overnight stay at
Mysore.
Day 3
Mysore to Ooty /Sightseeing
After breakfast, check out and proceed to Ooty. En route, pass by Bandipur National Forest.
Visit Pykara Falls, Pykara Lake & Boathouse. On arrival in Ooty, check into the hotel.
Overnight stay at Ooty.
Day 4
Ooty Sightseeing
After breakfast by 09:00 am start Ooty sightseeing – Ooty Lake, Rose Garden & Botanical
Garden, Tea factory, Tea Museum, and Doddabetta Peak. Overnight stay at Ooty.
Day 5
Ooty to Coonoor Sightseeing
After breakfast, check out of the hotel. Proceed to Coonoor by Heritage Toy Train (optional). A
ticket to be booked in advance. The cab will reach you by road and take you to Coonoor sightseeing.
– Sim’s Park, Lamb’s Rock, and Dolphin Nose. Overnight stay at Ooty.
Day 6
Ooty to Kodaikanal Transfer (8 hrs)
After breakfast, proceed to Kodaikanal. On arrival in Kodaikanal, check in at the hotel and freshen up
up. Free for leisure & shopping. Overnight stay at Kodaikanal.
Day 7
Kodaikanal Sightseeing
After breakfast, proceed for Kodaikanal sightseeing visit Coaker’s Walk, Upper Lake View,
Green Valley View, Golf course, Pillar Rocks, Devil’s Kitchen (Guna Cave), Pine forest (Cine
shooting place), Shanthi Valley View, Kurunji Andavar Temple, Chettiar Park, and Bryant
Park. Overnight stay at Kodaikanal.
Day 8
Kodaikanal to Coimbatore
After breakfast, visit Kodai Lake, the man-made star-shaped lake, and transfer to Coimbatore. Free
Evening shopping and overnight stay at Coimbatore.
Day 9
Coimbatore to Airport Transfer / Departure
After a final breakfast at your hotel, complete the check-out formalities. Depending on your travel schedule, you will be transferred to the Coimbatore Airport, Railway Station, or Bus Stand for your onward journey. - Ooty Toy Train: Heritage Toy Train tickets (Optional - must be booked in advance).
- Entry Fees: All entrance fees for Palaces, Gardens, Zoo, and Museums.
- Activities: Boating charges, Horse riding, or Trekking expenses.
- Extra Meals: Any lunch, snacks, or drinks not mentioned in the inclusion list.
- Personal Expenses: Shopping, Laundry, Telephone charges, and Tips for the driver/hotel staff.
- Medical & Insurance: Travel insurance or any emergency medical expenses.
- Unforeseen Events: Extra costs due to flight/train delays, roadblocks, or natural calamities.
- GST: Any applicable Government Service Tax.
Important Notes:
Valid ID Proof: All guests must carry a valid Photo ID (Aadhar Card, Driving License, or Voter ID) for hotel check-ins.
Ooty Toy Train: Toy Train tickets are subject to availability and must be booked in advance via the IRCTC website. We recommend booking at least 60 days before travel.
Check-in/Check-out: Standard Hotel Check-in time is 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM, and Check-out is 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM. Early check-in is subject to room availability.
Hill Station Weather: Ooty and Kodaikanal can get quite cold, especially at night. Please carry warm woolens and a jacket regardless of the season.
Vehicle Usage: The private vehicle is for the route and sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary. Any extra detours or late-night usage may incur additional charges.
Eco-Friendly Zones: Plastic bags and single-use plastic are strictly banned in Ooty and Kodaikanal. Please avoid carrying them to help keep the hills clean.
Safety First: In case of heavy rain or landslides, certain sightseeing points (like Pillar Rocks or Viewpoints) may be closed by local authorities for safety.
