Tour Itinerary

Day 1

Srinagar – Arrival

This Kashmir tour starts as you arrive at the Srinagar Airport. Here, you will be greeted by our tour representative, who will give you a private transfer to one of our listed hotels in Srinagar. Upon reaching the hotel, complete the check-in formalities and unwind. Enjoy a Shikara ride on the famous Dal Lake of Kashmir Valley in the evening. After enjoying your ride, return to your hotel for a delicious dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2

Srinagar – Gulmarg (51 km/ 1.4 hours)

After breakfast, complete the check-out formalities and proceed towards Gulmarg. (If there is snow, you may have to change Vehicles and take another car at an additional cost.) Once arriving in Gulmarg, check into your pre-booked hotel and unwind. Further, you can opt for a pony ride or a Gondola Ride (cable car) from Gulmarg to Khilanmarg on a direct payment basis. This two-staged ropeway is the second highest in the world. Admire the beautiful scenery while on the Gondola. After you finish the second stage, you can even go higher to visit popular sites like India-Pak LOC and Kabootar Valley. The other option is to see the Golf Course if you wish to partake in the game. Finally, return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3

Gulmarg – Pahalgam (140 km/ 3.5 hours)

In the morning, on day 3, have breakfast, complete the check-out procedure, and get transferred to Pahalgam. This is one of the most popular tourist destinations and the entry point for the Amarnath Yatra. En route, you can halt at Avantipur Ruins (only if time permits). On arriving, check into the hotel and spend the day doing leisure activities. You can visit the local market or can also opt for a pony ride. Enjoy the lush scenery sprinkled all around. Further, have dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4

Pahalgam Sightseeing Tour

Today, after your breakfast in the hotel, the day is reserved fo the sightseeing tour of Pahalgam. For the sightseeing, you have to hire a union taxi that operates in these areas which is on a direct payment basis. After hiring a taxi, you can visit Betaab Valley, a famous tourist point at a distance of 15 km. It is surrounded by green meadows, snow-clad mountains, and dense vegetation. Then, visit Aru Valley, which is at a distance of 12 km from Pahalgam and is a base camp for trekking to the Kolhoi Glacier. Further, the last attraction of sightseeing, Chandanwari, the starting point of the Amarnath Yatra, and situated at a distance of 16 km from Pahalgam. After exploring these sites, retreat back to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 5

Pahalgam – Srinagar (90.1 km/ 2.5 hours)

On day 5 of your Kashmir tour package, have breakfast, then check out of the hotel, and our representative will escort you to Srinagar in a private vehicle. Upon your arrival in Srinagar, complete the check-in formalities and freshen up. Later, prepare for a half-day tour of the world-famous Mughal Gardens. First, visit Nishat Bagh, a garden of bliss that provides a magnificent view of the lake with the Zaberwan Mountains as its backdrop. Then, visit Shalimar Bagh, the celebrated royal garden of Kashmir, which serves as a favorite summer destination. Last, the Cheshma Shahi, near Rajbhawan, overlooks the Dal Lake and is well-known for its natural spring. Further, in the late evening, enjoy the Shikara Ride on Dal Lake and then come back to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 6

Srinagar – Sonamarg – Srinagar (79.6 km/ 2.4 hours on each side)

This morning, post breakfast, you’ll head for an excursion to Sonamarg. The journey is filled with a lot of scenic beauty. On your arrival in Sonamarg, you can opt for a pony ride to Thajiwas Glacier. Here, snow is present throughout the year. Treat your eyes to the enchanting scenery, snow-covered mountains and waterfalls. After spending ample time, return back to Srinagar for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 7

Srinagar – Departure

It is the last day of your Kashmir 6-day tour package from Srinagar. Start your day with a delicious breakfast that you will enjoy while admiring the view from your window. After your meal, you can stroll around your hotel and cover famous attractions. Later, you will pack your bags and check out from your hotel to reach Srinagar Airport.
