Day 1
Arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) | Drive to Nagarkot | En route visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square (Tentative arrival time before - 2 Pm)
Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) in Kathmandu, you will be transferred to Nagarkot, a beautiful hill station. En route, visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its rich cultural heritage and stunning architecture. Upon reaching Nagarkot, check in to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure, taking in the scenic beauty of the hills. Overnight stay at Nagarkot.
Day 2
Drive to Pokhara | Enroute to Manakamana (Approx time: 8-9 Hours)
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Pokhara. En route, visit the sacred Manakamana Temple, known for fulfilling devotees’ wishes. Upon arrival in Pokhara, enjoy a refreshing welcome drink and check in to your hotel. In the evening, you can take a leisurely stroll around the picturesque lakeside area. Overnight stay in Pokhara.
Day 3
Drive to Jomsom (Approx time: 6 Hours)
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Jomsom. En route, visit Tato Pani, known for its natural hot springs, and Rupse Jharna, a breathtaking waterfall. Upon arrival in Jomsom, enjoy a refreshing welcome drink and check in to your hotel. Overnight stay in Jomsom.

Day 4
Muktinath Temple | Drive to Pokhara (Approx drive time: 6 Hours)
Early morning, drive to Muktinath Temple. As Muktinath is a remote, high-altitude area, it is important to walk slowly and steadily to acclimate properly. After the temple visit, return to the hotel. After breakfast, check out and drive back to Pokhara. Upon arrival, enjoy a refreshing welcome drink and check in to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure for you to explore at your own pace. Overnight stay in Pokhara.
Day 5
Sarangkot Excursion - Pokhara Sightseeing (Sightseeing time: 5-6 Hours)
Early morning, drive to Sarangkot for a Sunrise tour, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Himalayas. Afterward, return to the hotel for breakfast. Post breakfast, proceed for sightseeing, covering Devis Falls, Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, Barahi Temple, Bindabasini Temple, and Seti Gorge. Later, return to the hotel. The rest of the day will be free for you to relax and explore at your leisure. Overnight stay in Pokhara.
Day 6
Drive to Kathmandu (Approx time: 9 Hours)
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Kathmandu. Upon arrival, enjoy a refreshing welcome drink and check-in to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to relax or explore the vibrant nightlife and markets of the Thamel area at your own pace. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Day 7
Kathmandu Sightseeing (Sightseeing time: 5-6 Hours)
After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing, covering the Pashupatinath Temple (Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva), Bouddhanath Stupa (Majestic Tibetan Buddhist stupa, known for its large mandala), Swayambhunath Stupa (where you will climb up 360 stone steps to reach the temple) and Jal Narayan Temple (Sleeping Vishnu). After the tour, drive back to the hotel. Overnight stay in Kathmandu
Day 8
Departure from Kathmandu & Transfer to Airport
After a final breakfast at your hotel in Kathmandu, our representative will transfer you to Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) in a private vehicle. As you head to your onward journey, you will carry with you the divine blessings of Muktinath, the peace of Pokhara, and unforgettable memories of the Himalayas.

Important Tour Information & Protocols
Hotel & Guide Information
Check-in/Check-out: Standard Check-in is at 14:00 (2:00 PM), and Check-out is at 12:00 (12:00 PM). Early or late requests are subject to availability and extra charges.
Documentation: A valid Passport or Government-issued ID is mandatory for check-in.
Security Deposit: Some hotels may collect a refundable security deposit at arrival.
Guide Services: To enhance your experience, a Hindi/English-speaking guide is available at INR 3,000 per day (Mandatory for better coordination).
Local SIM Card Information
Stay connected by purchasing a local SIM card (NCell or NTC) at Kathmandu Airport (TIA) after baggage collection.
Requirements: 1 Passport-size photo & a copy of your Passport/Voter ID.
Cost: Approx INR 150 (3G enabled).
Note: Activation takes about 10 minutes. We cannot arrange SIM cards in advance.
Vehicle & Transportation Rules
Point-to-Point Service: Vehicles operate strictly as per the itinerary. They are not at disposal for shopping, personal lunches/dinners, or late-night outings.
Time Limit: Sightseeing must conclude by 5:00 PM. Usage beyond this time or after 8:00 PM (Night Charge) will incur extra costs.
Restricted Areas: Vehicles are not allowed inside Thamel/New Road markets, Durbar Squares, Lumbini Conservation Area, and Janakpur premises due to security.
Hilly Terrain: AC may be switched off in hilly areas to ensure vehicle performance. Drivers are not guides; they will assist with transport only.
Important Terms & Conditions
Validity: Rates are valid for Indian Nationals only until 31st Dec 2026.
Holiday Supplements: Extra charges apply for Christmas and New Year Gala Dinners at 4★ and 5★ hotels.
Currency Note: Only Indian currency notes of INR 100 or below are legal tender in Nepal. High denominations (INR 200, 500, 2000) are strictly prohibited. Maximum limit: INR 25,000 per person.
Natural Calamities: Any extra costs due to landslides, flight cancellations, or political strikes must be paid directly by the guest.
Remote Areas: Facilities in Jomsom, Ghandruk, etc., are basic. Please do not expect city-level luxury in these remote trekking zones.
Protocol for Travelling to Nepal
1. Documentation (By Air)
Adults: Valid Indian Passport or Election ID (Voter ID) only.
Children (<12 years): School/College ID with photo and Date of Birth is required.
2. Cultural Etiquette
Dress Code: Dress modestly (cover shoulders and knees) when visiting temples and monasteries. Always remove shoes before entering.
Respect: Walk around Stupas in a clockwise direction. Public displays of affection (PDA) are considered inappropriate.
Photography: Always ask for permission before clicking pictures of locals or inside sacred shrines.
3. Health & Environment
Altitude Sickness: Stay hydrated and ascend slowly in high-altitude regions.
Eco-Friendly: Nepal is moving towards plastic-free zones. Please carry your waste back and avoid littering.
Wildlife: Maintain a safe distance from wildlife (monkeys, yaks).
