The itinerary is subject to change on the ground keeping the arrival time / on ground feasibility. Few of the
sightseeing is closed during the week which we shall try to cover the next day.
Many regions do not have star category hotels. Generally there isn’t any star categorization in this sector,
however the same is demarcated as per prices and put into slabs of 2*/ 3*/ 4* or STD/ DLX/ PRM or equivalent.
Packages are based on base category rooms, irrespective of the Hotel category opted.

Please be reminded that all special requests like early check-in, smoking, non-smoking, views, floors, king, twin,
adjoining and/or interconnecting rooms are strictly subject to availability upon arrival and cannot be guaranteed
prior. Any expenses arising out of this is to be borne by the customer.
Most hotels do not have lift facility and the guest may have to climb stairs. In case of guests having problems
with blood pressure, breathing, knee and heart or if they cannot climb the higher floors, we request you to
update this at the time of booking so that we may take appropriate action and try for rooms in the Ground floor.

behind it
There will not be any refund in case any of the sightseeing is missed/uncovered during the trip.
Most of the Hotels in this region do not have Tea/coffee maker/ mini-fridge/ enhanced toiletry kit (with
moisturizer, toothpaste, brush, shaving kit, lufa, bathroom sleepers, bath-robe), etc.
For meal plans, the menu will be on a fixed plan/ buffet basis and not on A-la-Carte basis. MAP and AP Meal
plans do not include Evening snacks and cold drinks/liquor, Soups or Deserts. For order on A-la-Carte basis,
guests are requested to make a direct payment for additional items.

All Indian nationals visiting Bhutan does not require a visa to enter Bhutan. However, they MUST produce any of
the following documents.
1. Valid Indian Passport (Validity Should be more than 06 Months at the end of the Tour)
2. Election/Voter ID card
3. Children below the age of 17 years without the above-mentioned travel documents, the following are required:
a) Original Birth Certificate in English. (School going child should provide school ID in addition with Birth
Certificate)
NOTE: All documents must be original and photocopy of it will not be considered a valid document during travel.
Package and rates offered are not valid OCI, NRIs and PIO Passport Holders and Foreigner nationals. The
entry permit is required to enter Bhutan via Phuentsholing. Route permits can be obtained at Phuentsholing
Immigration upon producing your passport/voter ID copy along 06 Passport Size Photographs.
During Government holiday and weekends Phuentsholing Immigration office remains closed for an entry permit,
so please plane your holiday accordingly.
For issuing the tickets we need the scan copy of above-mentioned documents. Please send us the scan copies
at the time of booking only.
Costs are valid for Indian nationals possessing valid Indian passport or voter’s ID.

Due to unforeseen situations (force majeure/ traffic jams/traffic halts/ diversions/ Bandh/ curfew, Union strike,
VVIP movement, etc.), vehicle reporting may get delayed. We will request you to bear with us and as soon as
the vehicle arrives you will have to get in ASAP.
Permits – There are 2 types of permits:.
A. Entry Permit: When you are entering Bhutan, you have to get the Entry Permit which can be procured at the
entry point either in Paro airport (when traveling by flight) or in Phuentsholing Bhutan (when traveling overland
either from Bagdogra or NJP). Entry permit cannot be made in advance as physical appearance is required at
the immigration office. An entry permit is also a valid document to visit Thimphu and Paro.
B. Special Permit: If you choose your Itinerary to visit places (Haa, Punakha, Wangdue, Bumthang, etc) beyond
Paro and Thimphu, you need to have a Special Permit. We need the copy of either your passport or Voter ID
card along with the copy of entry permit to make your Special Permit. A special permit will ONLY be made in
Thimphu on the working days between 09.00 – 16.00 hrs.
Entering Bhutan By Surface:
Indian nationals do not require any visa for Bhutan. A permit will be issued at the entry point on production of a
passport (with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of departure) or Voter ID (only valid document for
issuing the Bhutan Entry permit). The traveler also has to carry a photocopy of the travel documents and 04
passport size photographs. For Children, Original Birth certificate in English and student ID is required. If you
are entering Bhutan via land, it is to be noted that the permits are issued only during working days and hours.
(Monday to Friday between 9 am to 4 pm during winters and 5 pm during summers). It is suggested that the
travelers arrive a day prior in Phuentsholing so that they can get the permits done. However, during the high
season depending upon the rush immigration may take a long time to issue the permit. We shall not be
responsible for any delay during processing of permit by the immigration authority. Please keep your client
informed they may have to stand on long queue during high season to obtain the permit if traveling via
Phuentsholing. No permits are issued on Saturday, Sunday and Bhutan government holidays.

Few Dos and Don’ts to be the “Great Guests” that we expect from others visiting our homes. While some of
the pointers require Self-awareness, some actually are strictly prohibited.

Most leisure holiday destinations are relaxed remote places. They may look less on professionalism but are high on
humility. Let us be respectful of locals and the ‘culture’ that is the prime highlight of that place.
