Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • Notice Requirement: All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to holidaymantratravels@gmail.com

  • Cancellation Fees: Depending on the timing of the cancellation, a cancellation fee may apply. Cancellation charges are calculated as follows:

    • More than 30 days before departure: 50]% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
    • 15-30 days before departure: 90% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
    • 7-14 days before departure: 75% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
    • Less than 7 days before departure: No refund will be issued.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as last-minute bookings, promotional packages, and specific accommodations, are non-refundable. Please check each package for details.

2. Holiday Mantra Tours-Initiated Cancellations or Changes

  • Cancellations Due to Unforeseen Circumstances: If we must cancel a tour due to factors beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, health advisories), we will offer an alternative tour date or a full refund.
  • Significant Itinerary Changes: In the rare case of significant changes to your itinerary, we will notify you promptly and offer options for alternative arrangements or partial refunds, depending on the circumstances.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be issued based on the terms outlined in Section 1 and any non-refundable items specified at the time of booking.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. In cases where this is not possible, we may issue a refund via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 7 business days to process from the date of approval. Processing times may vary based on the financial institution.

4. Travel Insurance

Holiday Mantra Tours strongly recommends that customers purchase travel insurance to cover cancellations, trip interruptions, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances. This can help minimize potential losses if plans change unexpectedly.
